Repoussé Brass Charger with Lion Motif
This impressive embossed brass charger features a central heraldic lion surrounded by thistle and foliate motifs in bold relief. Stamped C. & L. on the reverse with maker’s mark. Chargers such as this were often displayed in dining rooms, halls, or parlors as decorative emblems of strength and heritage. With its richly detailed repoussé work and warm patina, this charger makes a striking statement piece for wall display or as a tabletop accent.
