Shipping
Shipping cost is dependent on the travel distance, weight/dimensions once packaged, as well as handling time and packing supplies.
Shipping time is estimated at 2-3 weeks from the date of payment. Tracking numbers are provided via email once parcels are scanned in with the carrier. Items will be shipped using USPS or UPS.
All packages are 100% insured. In the unlikely case of damage occurring during transit– please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the following:
- Exterior of package with the label included
- Interior of package and packing materials
- Damaged item and contents
A shipping claims are filed with the carrier immediately.
