A handsome collection of vintage round gallery trays featuring pierced silver-tone metal galleries and rich wood-grain Formica bases. Combining traditional English-inspired serving tray design with practical mid-century materials, these decorative trays offer an appealing contrast between ornate metalwork and warm, polished surfaces.

Each tray features a raised, openwork gallery with a repeating geometric and quatrefoil-inspired pattern, finished with a smooth rolled rim. The galleries surround glossy, reddish-brown faux wood surfaces with a beautifully figured grain effect. Raised on small rounded feet, the trays are available in three graduated sizes, each sold individually.

The original Formica label accompanying the collection identifies the bases as genuine Formica laminated plastic, manufactured by Formica Corporation of Cincinnati, Ohio. Formica became a defining material of twentieth-century interiors, prized for its durability, stain resistance, and ability to reproduce decorative finishes. These examples pair the practicality of wood-grain laminate with traditional pierced metalwork, reflecting the period's fondness for combining modern materials with established decorative forms.

Beautifully suited to a bar cart, coffee table, or sideboard, these trays offer numerous possibilities for entertaining and display.
