Acanthus Clawfoot Cradle Legs

A substantial pair of salvaged brass clawfoot tub feet with beautifully sculpted acanthus leaf ornament. Exceptionally heavy and architectural in character, each features a richly detailed foliate crest above a shaped foot, with a naturally aged brass surface that highlights the depth and character of the casting.

Originally used as decorative feet for a clawfoot tub, these substantial architectural fragments would make wonderfully unexpected bookends, display objects, or decorative elements, while also offering a fantastic opportunity for creative restoration or furniture projects.

Origin: 20th century.
Material: Cast Brass.
Dimensions: 9" L x 7" W x 6" H.
Condition: Good salvaged condition with age-appropriate wear, surface variation, and patina throughout. Minor marks and imperfections consistent with their previous use and salvaged nature. No significant damage noted.
