Martin, Hall & Co. Ltd Silver Plate Wheat Dish

Sale price$175.00

Sold as presented; to be candled by Salvage Bohemia.

Variant sizes approx. 38 oz pour / $2.30 oz

A finely detailed silver plate holder by Martin, Hall & Co. Ltd, featuring a continuous wheat motif in high relief. The pierced design wraps the form with naturalistic movement, while the fitted glass insert softens the look and adds function. Set on an integrated tray with engraved border detailing, the piece feels both decorative and complete.

The wheat pattern lends an organic quality to the otherwise structured form, making it especially versatile—ideal as a wine coaster, small cachepot, or tabletop vessel. A beautiful example of late 19th to early 20th century silver plate, where utility meets ornament in a way that still feels relevant today.

Marked to the underside for Martin, Hall & Co. Ltd.
