An antique oval tabletop portrait frame featuring a signed depiction of Lady Emma Hamilton beneath a domed glass cover. The portrait is housed within an ornate pierced brass frame and retains its original velvet-covered easel back for display.

Lady Hamilton (1765–1815), celebrated as the muse of artist George Romney and later known for her relationship with Admiral Horatio Nelson, became one of the most recognizable women of the Georgian era. Her likeness remained immensely popular during the late Victorian and Edwardian periods, when portraits inspired by Romney's paintings were reproduced as decorative objects for the home. This charming example captures that enduring fascination with one of England's most iconic historical figures.

Origin: Late 19th to early 20th century.
Material: Brass, glass, hand-colored portrait print, and velvet-backed easel.
Dimensions: TBD
Condition: Good antique condition with age-appropriate patina to the brass frame, light wear to the velvet backing, and minor wear consistent with age and use.
