German Rococo-inspired silver-plated spoons with oval bowls and slender handles decorated with asymmetric foliage and curling scrolls. The raised ornament gathers beneath an open cartouche at each rounded terminal, balancing intricate detail with smooth silver surfaces. Fine borders extend along the stems, giving the design an elegant, elongated silhouette that pairs beautifully with floral porcelain, antique dessert bowls and collected table linens.

Each spoon is marked “P100,” consistent with the Continental practice of indicating silverplate quality numerically. In traditional German grading, “100” denotes a substantial silver coating, measured by the silver applied to a standardized batch of flatware. This likely explains their original description as “extra silver,” referring to the plating grade. A lovely coordinated group for a tea or dessert table, offered together as a set of six.

Origin: German; late 19th century - early 20th century.
Material: Silver-plated metal; marked P100, consistent with a 100-grade silverplate designation.
Dimensions: 5.5" L
Condition: Good condition. Light signs of age and wear.
