A handsome ceramic cachepot with a beautifully tactile faux-bamboo form, its cylindrical body shaped with deep vertical fluting and subtle horizontal bands that mimic the segmented structure of bamboo. The warm ivory glaze is softly mottled with taupe and brown accents, emphasizing the molded texture and giving the piece an aged, timeworn appearance.

The original form was intended as a cachepot or planter, designed to hold a potted plant or floral arrangement rather than serve as the primary planting vessel.

Style it outdoors, on a kitchen island, console, or dining table, either alone as a textural accent or grouped with brass candlesticks, botanical books, blue-and-white porcelain, wicker, or other Chinoiserie-inspired pieces.
