Burnt Bamboo & Rattan Hat Rack

Striking vintage bamboo and rattan wall-mounted hall rack dating to circa 1960s. The elaborately constructed frame features a warm, naturally aged bamboo finish with hand-wrapped rattan bindings, woven cane panels, and an assortment of turned wooden ball finials and pegs.

Designed for an entryway, the rack offers generous hanging space for coats, hats, bags, and accessories while functioning as a decorative piece in its own right. The unusual architectural form—with its arched upper handle, symmetrical woven panels, and layered arrangement of pegs—gives it a wonderfully sculptural quality.

The bamboo has developed a beautiful honey-colored patina with natural variations, surface wear, and darker areas throughout consistent with age and use. The woven panels remain intact.
