A beautiful set of four Carder-era Steuben glass finger bowls, each formed in clear blown glass with an elegant flared profile and delicately undulating ruffled rim accented with blue glass. The combination of transparent glass, sculptural shaping, and applied color gives these bowls the lightness and intricacy characteristic of early Steuben decorative glass.

The Carder Steuben Glass Association's Shape Gallery documents numerous finger bowl forms, including Shape 3325 in colorless transparent glass with Gold Ruby or turquoise lip wraps, as well as other finger bowls decorated with Steuben's Reeded & Bubbly technique.

Frederick Carder directed Steuben Glass Works from its founding in 1903 through the early 1930s and was responsible for thousands of shapes and an extraordinary range of colors and decorative techniques. The Carder Steuben Glass Association considers the period from 1903–1933 the Carder Steuben era.

As candle vessels, where the transparent glass allows the glow of the flame to catch along the ruffled blue rims. Display a set around a dining table or use one at a time on a bedside table, bathroom vanity, or small console.
