French Aubusson style Tapestry, "La Collation"
French Aubusson style tapestry after "La Collation" from the History of the Emperor of China series originally by Louis XIV Beauvais. Representing the Chinese Emperor at his table under a dais.
Tapestry measures 7 feet 8 inches by 6 feet 9 inches.
Circa early 20th century with featuring knotted back. Backing fabric has been added, as well as rod pockets (see photos).
Provenance: Tapestry believed to have been acquired from the estate of Portland interior designer Jerry Lamb. Lamb collected fine art, antiquities, and rare furnishings for decades before he died in 2021.

Shipping cost is dependent on the travel distance, weight/dimensions once packaged, as well as handling time and packing supplies.
Shipping time is estimated at 2 weeks from the date of payment. Tracking numbers are provided via email once parcels are scanned in with the carrier. Items will be shipped using USPS or UPS.
Shipping note: All paintings and large artwork are shipped separate from other items and will not calculate in combined shipping cost.
